Our Work

You Can Learn a Lot About a Contractor by Seeing How They Solve Problems

Every finished project has a story behind it.

Something needed to change. Something was not working. Someone had an idea for making a space better.

These projects show more than the finished work. They show how we think through the job.

We have used ManWaring Construction on numerous occasions...and we're on their list for a bathroom renovation.  Todd and his crew have successfully completed a variety projects for us including installing LVP flooring, rejuvenating a screened in porch, renovating our kitchen and the full renovation of a 100-year-old house.  He stays busy, which means that you must get on his schedule, but unlike other contractors, he shows up when he says he will, finishes the project to our satisfaction, charges what was agreed to, and cleans up when he's done.
