Our Story
For 40 Years, a Good Reputation Was All the Advertising We Needed
ManWaring Construction grew the old-fashioned way: work hard, do a good job, treat people fairly, and your name gets passed along.
A lot has changed since 1985. Greenville has grown. Buildings have changed. And the way people find a contractor has definitely changed.
What hasn’t changed is how we do the work.
Good Work. Fair Prices. Straight Answers.
A Family Name Connected to the Work
More Than a Business
ManWaring Construction has always been a family business.
Over the years, multiple generations of the ManWaring family have been part of the work. Today, that name still means something to us because it goes on every project we complete.
We believe the work should be good enough that we are comfortable putting our name on it.
What 40 Years Teaches You
You Learn a Lot by Seeing What Happens Over Time
Construction experience is not just knowing how to build something.
It is seeing what holds up. Seeing what fails. Opening up work that was done years ago. Fixing repairs that never solved the real problem. And learning where to look when something does not seem right.
That experience helps us ask better questions before we start cutting, tearing out, or replacing something that may not need to be replaced.
Good People Matter
We Don’t Bring Just Anybody Onto Your Job
No one contractor does every trade themselves.
When a project needs electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or another specialty trade, we work with people we know and trust. Many of those relationships come from years of working together and recommendations from other people in the construction business.
Good work depends on good people, and we take that seriously.
The ManWaring Standard
How We Approach the Work
“Around here, the name on the work still matters.”
